How do I change/reset my account's password?
Go to the Log in page, click the Forgot your password? link and follow the provided instructions.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?
Send an email to Support from the email address currently associated with your account and provide the new email address you'd like to be associated with your account.

How do I download files associated with the product(s) I purchased?
Log in
to your account and click the My Downloadable Files link, which you'll find under your Order History.
